THANK YOU!

Thank you for touching base about the India Turns Pink Community Ambassador’ program. We think it’s very courageous of you to share your story.

Community ambassadors are a group of women and men who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, have had preventative surgery, a breast cancer scare age or connected with someone affected by breast cancer.

Using their experience and stories, they help to reinforce why we need to continue to fund world-class, game-changing breast cancer research. Research that is helping detect tumours earlier, improve treatment outcomes, and ultimately – save lives.  Research that is determined to find the next big breast cancer breakthrough.

The role of our ITP community ambassadors is to:

  • Speak at ITP fundraising events and awareness-raising activities
  • Share key messages and campaigns through their online and offline networks
  • Participate in media interviews (radio, tv, print and online) as required
  • Introduce the ITP team to decision-makers in local companies and community organisations to help raise awareness and funds to support on-going breast cancer research

As you know, the India Turns Pink receives no government funding and relies heavily on money raised through corporate and community support. Our uncompromising mission Breast Cancer Free INDIAA by 2030. We believe this can be done but need we need people like you who trust in the power of research to make a real and lasting difference.

If this sound like something you are interested in, please complete your details. As part of the application, we require a brief description of your breast cancer journey as well as a photo.

Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed and contact will be made to advise of the next steps. If you have any questions please feel free to contact admin@turnspink.org on 0091 9551204442
