REGIONAL/STATE/CITY/DISTRICT AMBASSADORS OF ITP

The India Turns Pink’s various Ambassadors are a network of passionate and inspiring advocates who have been directly or indirectly affected by breast cancer and are desirous of serving the cause of breast cancer awareness in the society.

What is involved?
YOUR ROLE AS A PINK AMBASSADOR IS TO :

Speak at ITP fundraising events and awareness raising programmes.
Share key messages and campaigns through online and offline networks.
Introduce the ITP team to decision makers in local companies and community organisations to help raise awareness as well as funds to support the on-going breast cancer programs.

YOUR IMPACT:

Sharing your personal experience is a powerful way to move, educate and inspire others. By becoming a Community Ambassador, you will:
Help the community understand and recognize the role of Breast Cancer Awareness in stopping deaths from breast cancer.
Highlight that breast cancer is something that can affect all Indians, including young women and men.
Encourage donations to help ITP work towards our goal of zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030.

Our Ambassadors represent the values and beliefs of INDIA TURNS PINK by:
Sharing the positive message of India Turns Pink throughout their community.
Informing the general community about risk and preventative steps by informing, supporting and inspiring risk-prone women and their families.
Supporting India Turns Pink initiatives, educating healthcare professionals about Pink Hope and being at risk of breast cancer.

INDIA TURNS PINK OUTREACH :

Ambassadors commit to Sharing their story on the India Turns Pink website (www.turnspink.org).
Being an active member of the India Turns Pink projecting India Turns Pink in the media and at other social events.
Participate in campaigns and any other suitable fundraising activities.
Follow India Turns Pink on all social media channels and commit to actively engage and comment.
Educate Health Care Professionals to become familiar about the India Turns Pink community and events/resources
