India Turns Pink offers an in-house training program to transform potential volunteers into ‘Education Ambassadors’. The certificate course incorporates a 5-week ITP virtual training and a post-training review.

Once trained, the education ambassadors are required to carry out the below mentioned responsibilities :

Deliver year round Breast Cancer Awareness workshops within their local community and inspire people to take part in PINK campaigns across the city.

Seek new opportunities to launch awareness workshops outside the community.

Innovate ideas in securing new hosts and maximise the reach of awareness drives.

Report to ITP Head Quarters and present documentation of activities carried out regularly.

Participate in biannual performance reviews along with ITP staff.

Organise and increase frequency of creative programs to mark the celebrationof Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) during the month of October.

A pledged commitment of 18-24 months period is mandatory. Extensions are welcomed.

Interested candidates are recommended to apply at least two weeks prior to their desired date of joining.
